The combined oil blocking adopts a structure that integrates a reduced-diameter type, a movable (floating) type, and a labyrinth type.
The reduced-diameter structure ensures gapless operation between the adjustable automatic tracking teeth inside the oil blocking and the rotating components through a complete mechanical chain and special structural design. The automatic tracking tooth mechanism can move freely in the axial direction, thereby achieving gap compensation function. It conforms to the actual motion trajectory of the rotor while also meeting static requirements, ingeniously combining dynamic and static states.
The movable (floating) type consists of an inner ring and an outer ring. The outer ring is fixed at the original oil blocking position. The inner ring has a certain clearance relative to the outer ring in both the axial and radial directions. Through a special structure, the inner ring always remains concentric with the shaft. Meanwhile, a clearance of 0.15–0.20 mm is maintained between the inner ring and the rotor, ensuring that the oil film formed on the sealing surface of the inner ring prevents oil from leaking outward along the shaft.
The labyrinth type serves as the final sealing and dustproof measure, thereby achieving an improved sealing effect.

This product fully meets the requirements of various operating conditions, including shaft center drift and vibration during rotor rotation, as well as minor eccentricity of the bearing housing.
The sealing material is made of aviation-grade polymer composite material, featuring wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, self-lubrication, and relatively low hardness that does not damage the mating components. The polymer composite material offers good thermal stability and an expansion coefficient similar to that of metal, ensuring proper clearance between the floating ring and rotating components. This material can generally withstand temperatures exceeding 450°C.
The polymer composite material exhibits good machinability and excellent mechanical strength.
This product has strong adaptability and can be used in acidic, alkaline, oily, and other environments.
The installation method follows the original structural design, tailored to site conditions, with a simple installation process and easy maintenance.

The combined oil blocking is mainly used in various bearing housings of steam turbines, bearing housings on both sides of generators, exciters, main unit feed water pumps, circulating water pumps, auxiliary unit coal mills, forced draft fans, induced draft fans, exhausters, and other rotating equipment bearing housings, as well as bearing liners of electric motors supporting various rotating machinery.
