MFJ Series Fully Sealed Oil Vapor Exhaust Device
Traditional oil vapor exhaust fans are mostly of horizontal design. The seal between the impeller and the volute casing is difficult to achieve, and oil easily accumulates at the bottom of the volute casing, resulting in severe oil leakage from the fan. In addition, the traditional impeller is made of steel material, which is prone to corrosion, causing imbalanced rotation of the impeller and leading to fan vibration, posing a serious threat to the safe operation of the unit. Unreasonable operating curves can cause excessive negative pressure fluctuations, affecting the oil vapor exhaust effect, resulting in low efficiency and poor oil vapor separation performance, while also causing environmental pollution, which is detrimental to the orderly production of power plants. In response to the above issues, our company has developed the MFJ Series Fully Sealed Oil Vapor Exhaust Device.

Features
- The fan features a vertical design, which avoids oil accumulation at the bottom of the volute casing and resolves the leakage issue.
- The complete filtration unit employs three-stage filtration, providing excellent oil vaporseparation performance and meeting environmental protection requirements.
- The fan impeller is made of aluminum alloy, eliminating the problems of corrosion and friction-induced sparking.
- The complete unit is equipped with an adjustable damper, capable of maintaining a stable micro-negative pressure in the main oil tank, bearing housing, and other application points.
- The complete unit operates smoothly with low vibration and low noise.
- The equipment is easy to install. During retrofit, the inlet and outlet connections shall be matched to the original pipe diameters.
- The equipment is maintenance-free, reducing maintenance costs.
