The HJPT steam turbine maintenance platform is a low-pressure cylinder platform custom-designed for the safe maintenance of various types of steam turbines during overhauls.

The platform features high load capacity, safe and aesthetic design, easy installation, and reusability.

It is manufactured using 8–10 mm thick aluminum anti-slip plates, with the contact area on the inner surface rubber-lined with the cylinder body. The platform consists of 14 plates, fully meeting the requirement of covering the exhaust openings after the outer and inner cylinders are uncovered during overhauls of steam turbine units.

After the upper cylinder is uncovered, 8 plates are used (4 on each side), which can be interconnected to form a single assembly.

After the inner cylinder is uncovered, 6 plates are used (3 on each side) to separately cover the exhaust openings.

To facilitate installation and storage after use, the 4 main cover plates of the maintenance platform are designed as detachable sections, making them easy to handle after use, reducing storage space, and allowing them to be uniformly stored in a dedicated storage box.
