This device provides high torque during rotor extraction, is safe and stable, and features simple operation. It requires only the overhead crane button control to safely extract the rotor and place it in the designated position in one go.

Structural Features

• Safe and reliable:Made of carbon structural steel (Q235A) by welding, with an optimized structural design that ensures proper force and torque transmission. It has good rigidity and strength under full load, capable of supporting 2–3 times the weight of the rotor being extraction. The inner surface of the cylinder liner of each device is fitted with a copper sleeve to prevent damage to the rotor when in contact with the rotor gland.
