From the HuaYuTong Development Zone R&D Center to the production line, the association leadership conducted a detailed inspection of the company’s R&D achievements and their implementation. At the quality inspection site for the return-type oil blocking, sunlight streamed through the factory skylight onto the inspection table, casting a faint glow on the precision-machined metal components. The leader remarked approvingly: “This is not only the glory of industrial manufacturing but also the spark of technological innovation ignited by government-enterprise collaboration.”

The Pragmatic Philosophy Behind Technological Breakthroughs

“We are not lone warriors working behind closed doors, but ‘technical welders’ bonding with industry pain points.” When asked by the association leadership, Chairman Yin Dongmei outlined HuaYuTong’s innovation journey with data:

Technological Breakthroughs: R&D investment exceeding CNY 20 million over the past three years, more than 20 national patents granted, and the successful development of turbulence steam seal technology, which has improved steam turbine sealing efficiency by 7.2%.

Among 17 technical specialists, 9 have been awarded the provincial-level “Gold Medal Technician” title. 3. Standard Leadership:Draft the enterprise standard “Sealing Technical Specification,” driving the industry from “experience-oriented” to “data-driven.”
